We have selected the best cheese Italy has to offer for That’s Prosciutto, along with ‘veggie spaghetti’, salads, smoked salmon and mackerel. Our most prized delicacies? Mozzarella di Bufala campana, Altamura bread, Piedmontese Grissini and chicken for those who don’t fancy red meats.

Every texture and consistency your palate will experience are the result of a carefully designed combination of flavours, aromas and aesthetic composition. Our dishes were imagined and created by Roberto Carangiu, internationally acclaimed chef currently acting as a consultant for several food related venues, such as Expo 2015 and Accademia Barilla. Roberto personally supervised all dishes served at That’s Prosciutto, combining flavors and bringing together the best regional ingredients Italy has to offer. The result? You be the judge.
