At That’s Prosciutto we serve tap water: it’s purified, cooled and enriched with mineral salts and gas. And you’ll never have to pay for it. We have a fountain of spring water and one of sparkling water to quench your thirst, just fill up the carafe we have conveniently placed on your table.

We don’t believe in large publicity stunts or improvisation. To us, respecting the environment is a daily gesture that is reflected in all aspects of our life. Therefore, we tried to reduce to a minimum waste and packaging material, from wine, to cans to plastic.
